OPI - Just Spotted the Lizard

I'm in love with this polish! Every turn of the hand shows a different shade of green or gold. It applied very easily and whil you can see brush strokes it takes nothing away from the gorgeous duochrome. After the above photos I decided to change up my ring finger and did one coat of Opi up close and personal. The result next to Just Spotted the Lizard turned the shimmery champagne silver but I really like it.

She's Picture Perfect

I have been looking forward for this one to arrive. In the bottle it is a gorgeous iridescent purple that shimmers with pink. Unfortunately it's fair harder to see the shimmer on the nail. I still love the colour, it's just gorgeous but would be perfect if it showed as much on the nail as it does in the bottle. Application for me was a little tricky, in other reviews they found it easy so I'm not sure where I went wrong. I think I may have needed a medium bottom coat instead of a light one. Some nails have 3 coats and some 4 but most reviews state they receive good coverage with just 2 coats. Next time I will try thicker coats.

I then decided to stamp with China Glaze Passion. I practiced on my Across the Universe nails before removal and it worked perfectly. However it didn't go so smoothly on this polish. Hopefully practice makes perfect and I will one day master stamping :).

Across the Universe

This may be one of my favourite polishes of all time. I can't stop looking at my fingers! At every angle you see a different feature. This is in a gorgeous deep blue base with hexagon and fine particles of glitter that sparkle and shine. I placed it over a base coat of Sally Hansen Blazing Blue and it only took one coat of Deborah Lippmann Across the Universe to complete the look. Just love it!

Tibetan Nights

Cirque one of the most amazing brands! This is Tibetan Nights that has such a gorgeous glass like finish. I love how the glitter sparkles when hit by light. Accent finger is Orly Shockwave with a light coat of China Glaze fairy dust. I kind of wish I'd left it bare but a girl can never have too many sparkles.
